This hands-on, intimate class is inspired by my recent travels to Southeast Asia. A day has barely passed without a curry simmering on my stove, and I want to share the nuts and bolts of this love-filled cuisine with you!

In this class, I’ll go over the essential ingredients and preparation techniques of Thai cuisine, teach you how to make coconut milk and curry paste from scratch, and work together to prepare (and eat!) four popular Thai dishes: tom yum soup, papaya salad, red curry, and mango sticky rice. Everyone will get a copy of the recipes to take home. Limited to 6 people per class. Meeting location is sent in a separate confirmation email after reserving your spot.
